Water treatment company is looking for an office manager with 1-3 years experience as a front office manager. Responsibilities as follows :
1. Answer telephone .
2. Maintain files and folders .
3. Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to the employees.
4. Schedule meetings and appointments.
5. Order stock and office supplies.
6. Manage petty cash.
Requirements :
1. Strong organizational skills.
2.Excellent spoken and written English.
3. Attention to details and problem solving .
4. Proficiency in MS office.
